Whether you are a beginner, a retired runner, a fun-runner, fitness freak, a competitive short, medium or long-distance walker, sprinter, runner, cyclist or breakfast eater only — you are welcome.
What do we do?
We run, in fact we run just about everywhere. We do regular training on Saturdays and also enter a variety of events throughout the year such as fun runs, half & full marathons.
