Training will be available to members of Parramatta frontrunners starting from the 3rd of march 2010 occuring on a weekly basis from 1730.
The aim is to provide a different training environment for participants to come along and train to their ability, focusing on cardio, muscular strength or endurance. Just one extra session a week can make a remarkable difference to your performance.
Catering for all fitness levels and abilities this session is informal and relaxed but with the gain you want.
